- Preliminary assessment of environmental conditions (bathymetric survey, wave climate analysis, geological/geotechnical conditions evaluation);
- Integration of the marina to land development business plan and masterplan, including market analysis;
- Conceptual design of alternative marina layouts;
- Preliminary design of the selected marina.
