A 210 berths marina for leisure yachts up to 25m long that includes:

a) Marine works: quay walls of 670m total length, floating breakwater (windward) of 340m total length, leeward breakwater of 144m total length, floating pontoons of 324m total length, docking areas and boat hauling/launching ramp.

b) Land area works: land area of 43,000sq.m. total surface, including building infrastructures (restaurants, cafes, control tower, nautical club, etc), yacht’s dry storage and maintenance areas, car and trailer parking areas, green areas, road network, hydraulic works (drainage channel design).

Total buildable area: 3,014sq.m.
