A 394 berths marina for leisure yachts up to 30m long that includes:

a) Marine works: windward breakwater of 360m total length, leeward breakwater of 265m total length, floating pontoons of 610m total length, electromechanical installations, docking area and yacht hauling/launching ramp.

b) Land area works: land area landscaping including buildings of a total buildable area of 3,200sq.m.
