Multipurpose port facilities (dry bulk cargo, containers):
- Extension of existing quay by 300m at –17.80m for cargo vessels up to 100,000 DWT (quaywall built with caissons 18.0×12.10×18.30m)
- Other quays (140m length at –8.50m and 120m length at –13.90m) for bulk cargo vessels (quaywall built with caissons 18.0×12.10×14.40m)
- 55,000 sq.m. storage area for bulk and general cargo

- Conceptual design and preliminary environmental impact assessment
